• Account Creation: Businesses can create free accounts on Enic.Pk.
• Listing Submission: Users can submit business listings, including information, images, and contact details.
• Verification: Enic.Pk reserves the right to verify the accuracy of listings, especially for new users or those with a history of inaccurate information.
• Account Suspension or Termination: Enic.Pk may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, repeated inaccuracies, or failure to comply with requests for verification.

2. User Content

• Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for the content they submit, including its accuracy, legality, and appropriateness.
• Prohibited Content: Enic.Pk prohibits content that is offensive, harmful, misleading, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Removal of Content: Enic.Pk reserves the right to remove or edit content that violates these terms.

3. Fees

• Listing Fee: A one-time fee of PKR 1,000 applies to all new listings to cover website maintenance and SEO efforts.
• Payment: Payment is due within 2 days of listing submission. Failure to pay may result in the listing being deleted.

4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Enic.Pk does not claim ownership of user-generated content.
• Infringement: Enic.Pk respects intellectual property rights. Users agree not to infringe on the rights of others.
• Claims: Enic.Pk may remove content if it receives a valid claim of intellectual property infringement.

5. Disclaimer

• Accuracy: Enic.Pk strives to provide accurate information but cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of listings.
• No Endorsement: Enic.Pk does not endorse any listed businesses or their products or services.
