eNic Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how eNic collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit or use the websites, mobile applications, and other online properties that we own and operate (collectively, the “Services”). It also explains your privacy choices and how to contact us.

1. Information We Collect

Personal information is information that identifies you or that eNic can reasonably link to you. Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect your name, date of birth, email address, mailing address, telephone number, general location, account preferences, and business information. If you choose to refer someone to eNic, we may collect that person’s name and email address.

Some personal information may be sensitive. Examples include financial account numbers, billing information, Social Security numbers, and precise location data.

Non-personal information is information that does not specifically identify you.

2. How We Collect Information

Information you provide

We collect information you provide when you register for an account, place an order, contact us, or otherwise interact with us through our websites, mobile applications, or other communication channels.

Information we collect automatically

When you use the Services, we may automatically collect information about your device and activity. This may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, device settings, pages viewed, links clicked, search terms, visit times and duration, and interactions with advertisements. We may collect this information using the technologies described below.

  • Cookies. Cookies are small data files that help us or our service providers recognize returning users, measure activity, personalize the Services, remember preferences, and track progress through site features. We may link cookies to personal information for these purposes. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some pages or features may work differently if you do so. Third-party service providers operate their own cookies and tracking technologies. See our Cookie Policy for more information.
  • Unique identifiers. Identifiers associated with you or your device may help us recognize you when you return to our websites or use our mobile applications.
  • Local shared objects (Flash cookies). Where used, these files may store settings, preferences, and usage information for video, games, and similar interactive features. Standard browser cookie controls may not remove them.
  • Caller ID. If you call a telephone number we provide, we may record the caller ID information transmitted with the call. Your telephone provider may offer caller ID blocking, though it may be ineffective for certain toll-free or pay-per-call numbers.
  • Web beacons and tracking pixels. Small images embedded in web pages or emails can help us measure interactions with pages and advertisements and assess email campaign performance.
  • Server logs. Our servers may record information such as your IP address, search terms, referring links, and cookies set by the server.
  • Widgets and social media features. Embedded tools, such as sharing buttons, may allow their providers to collect your IP address and the page you visit or to set a cookie so the feature works.
  • Third-party sign-in. If you choose to use a third-party sign-in service, it authenticates your identity and may share information such as your name and email address to help complete your registration or post information to your account.
  • Location technologies. We may infer your general location, such as your city, from information associated with your device or web connection. We may also ask you to enter your precise location or enable your mobile device to share it.

Information from third parties

We may receive information about you from third parties for purposes such as targeting advertisements, improving campaign performance, and reporting results.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide the Services, fulfill orders, manage accounts, respond to inquiries, and offer customer support.
  • Enable site searches and display listings in our search and directory services.
  • Personalize content, offers, and advertising based on your interests and preferences.
  • Send marketing communications and measure campaign performance.
  • Conduct research, identify and resolve technical issues, and improve the Services.
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including requirements related to taxes, fraud, and intellectual property.
  • Protect our rights and interests and those of our users, including by enforcing our terms of service or taking legal action when appropriate.

4. How We Share Information

  • Service providers. We may share information with providers that support our operations, such as payment processors, shipping companies, and marketing providers.
  • Government agencies. We may disclose information to government agencies when required by law.
  • Other third parties. We may share information with other parties with your consent.

5. How We Protect Information

We use safeguards such as encryption and firewalls to protect information. When you provide a credit card number or Social Security number, we encrypt it during transmission and storage. We take reasonable measures to protect other information against unauthorized disclosure.

Please protect your password and take steps to prevent unauthorized access to your devices. We cannot guarantee the security of information in every circumstance.

6. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

You may request access to your personal information, ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information, request deletion, request that we transfer your information to another company, or object to our processing of your information.

To update or delete your information, sign in and review your user profile. You may also contact us to request removal of your information from a public directory, blog, or testimonial, or to ask that an individual listing be removed from the eNic directory. Sign in to eNic

To exercise your privacy rights or submit a removal request, email us at info@enic.pk. We aim to respond within 30 days. If we are unable to remove the requested information, we will explain why.
