These Terms and Conditions govern your use of eNic.pk, including creating an account and submitting a business listing. By using eNic.pk, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts and Business Listings
Businesses can create an account on eNic.pk free of charge. Account holders may submit listings with business information, images, and contact details. The fee for submitting a new listing is set out in Section 2.
We may verify listing information, particularly for new users or users who have previously submitted inaccurate information. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, repeatedly submit inaccurate information, or fail to comply with a verification request.
2. Listing Fees and Payment
Each new business listing is subject to a one-time fee of PKR 1,000. The fee helps cover website maintenance and search engine optimization (SEO).
Payment is due within two days of submitting your listing. We may delete your listing if we do not receive payment by the deadline.
3. User Content
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any content you submit to eNic.pk. You must not submit content that is offensive, harmful, misleading, or infringes another party’s intellectual property rights.
We may edit or remove content that violates these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
eNic.pk does not claim ownership of content you submit. You must respect the intellectual property rights of others. We may remove content if we receive a valid claim of intellectual property infringement.
5. Listings and Third-Party Websites
We strive to provide accurate information, but we do not guarantee that business listings are accurate or complete. A listing does not imply that eNic.pk endorses the business or its products or services.
eNic.pk may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users by email or post a notice on eNic.pk.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
